Ingredients:
� 4 chicken breast deboned and skinless
� Salt as per your taste
� Black pepper as per your taste
� Olive oil- 1 table spoon
� Chicken broth- 1 cup
� Fresh lime juice 1 tablespoon
� Chopped onions- � cup
� 1 tablespoon cilantro chopped properly
� 3 table spoon of heavy cream
� Red pepper flakes- as per your taste
� 2 tablespoon of unsalted butter
Direction for preparation:
Preheat the oven at 375F. The chicken breast should be rubbed with salt and pepper and kept aside for a few minutes. In the meantime, you can heat the oil on the skillet for some time in medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 7-8 minutes until the chicken is uniformly cooked on both the sides. Check is it soft or not. The chicken should turn brownish on the outside. Set the chicken aside and cover it with foil.
Add the lime juice, onions, cilantro, broth, red pepper and cook while scraping up the brown bits. Allow the concoction to boil and ensure the liquid is reduced to half at least if not less.
