Ingredients:
� Trout fish- deboned and cut into cubes- 4cups
� Dijon mustard- 1 table spoon
� Shallots- minced- 1/3rd cups
� Salt and pepper to taste
� Apple sider vinegar- 1 tablespoon
� Olive oil- 3 tablespoon
� Apple- cut into small pieces- 1 cup
� Arugula- 1/2cups
� Beets- chopped into small pieces- � cup
� Honey- � cup
Direction for preparation:
Grill the trout fish after marinating it with salt, lemon and pepper for half an hour. The fish should be grilled so that it is cooked thoroughly and then put it aside to cool down. On a dish add the trout fishes and the shallots, apples, beets and arugula. In a bowl beat the Dijon mustard, olive oil, apple cedar vinegar, salt and pepper together. Put this dressing evenly on the fishes that you have prepared. Overlay the preparation with the honey as well. Toss all the ingredients together so that they are thoroughly covered with the dressing and make sure they are refrigerated afterwards. The dish tastes good both in cold form as well as when it is in normal room temperature.
